A private dinner with Satiate is built the way we like to eat at home: around a long table, with plenty of time between courses and a bottle (or three) of something good. We plan the menu with you, shop at local producers, cook in your kitchen — or ours — and take care of everything from first pour to the last plate cleared.
Whether it’s a family gathering, a milestone birthday, an anniversary, or a quiet dinner for two who need pampering, we keep the group small so every dish gets the attention it deserves.

We source and shop at local farmers’ markets and small producers.

A few things we like to cook
Menus change with the season. Some things you’ve enjoyed lately:
- Slow-braised short rib with soft polenta and gremolata
- Hand-rolled pici with sausage ragù and pecorino
- Chicken under a brick with lemon, garlic and early herbs
- Fennel, blood-orange and olive salad
- Olive-oil cake with mascarpone and macerated berries
