Culinary Adventures in Italy
A week of cooking, markets and long afternoons, with a small group of like-minded eaters.
We’re in the middle of moving to Italy and getting ready to host our first culinary adventures. Imagine a week of mornings at small-town markets, afternoons rolling pasta or picking olives, and evenings at a long table under the trees — unhurried, convivial, and very well-fed.
Dates and detailed itineraries are coming together now. If this sounds like your kind of holiday, let us know you’re interested and we’ll keep you in the loop as soon as we’re ready to open bookings.
What to expect
Cook
Hands-on sessions making pasta, slow-braised meats, flatbreads and seasonal vegetables.
Shop
Mornings at local markets and farms — the ingredients for that evening’s dinner.
Taste
Wine, olive oil and cheese tastings with the producers behind them.
Ride
Gentle countryside rides and walks to work up an appetite between courses.
How it works
- Week-long stays — arrive on a Sunday afternoon, leave the following Saturday morning.
- Small groups — typically six to eight guests so there’s room for everyone in the kitchen.
- Included — accommodation, all meals, market trips, tastings and guided rides.
- Payment — bookings confirmed by e-transfer. (No online payment — we like things simple.)
- Register interest — drop us a note with your preferred dates and group size.
Come and eat with us.
Leave your details and we’ll share dates and prices as soon as our first week is ready to book.
